This chamaecereus silvestrii hybrid usually blooms yellow, but occasionally puts out an orange flower. This is the first time it has put out a flower that's half yellow, half orange.
This was grown from seed, and blooming for the first time at 2 years of age. The seed was from Mesa, identified as R. albipilosa, but I'm having doubts. The spines are supposed to be pure white.
Probably not a good idea to start out with an unnamed plant, but why not. Its what I'm currently editing. I think its a Graptoveria, but I don't really know.
