Mammillaria carmenae f rubrispina

First bloom for this little one. Its only 1 inch wide.

    Oh, I loveeee all those spines! This cactus is so fluffy... actually a soft looking cactus in a mostly hard looking world!

    The spines are surprisingly stiff, similar to a toothbrush. Not stiff enough to discourage touching though.
